At India Enterprises, we strive to deliver high-quality website design services to meet your expectations. Please read our Refund Policy carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility We offer a refund if the following conditions apply:

  • Initial Deposit: A full refund of the initial deposit is available only if we have not started work on your website design. Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Work Not as Agreed: If we fail to deliver the website design as per the agreed-upon specifications or project scope, you may request a refund. However, you must provide clear documentation of the discrepancy within 7 days after receiving the deliverables.
  • No Refund for Completed Work: Once the website design project is completed and delivered to you, no refund will be provided.

2. Refund Process To request a refund, please contact us at support@indiaenterprises.co.in with the following details:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • The date of the transaction or payment.
  • A clear description of why you are requesting the refund.
  • Any supporting documentation or evidence of non-compliance with the agreed terms.

Once we receive your request, we will process and credit your refund within 14 business days if it is deemed eligible.

3. Non-Refundable Items Please note that the following are non-refundable: 

  • Work completed as per the project milestones and final approval.
